Reztowns
A platform bringing property listings and management into one experience.
-
01 01 / The challenge
A portfolio, organised online.
Present a real estate portfolio clearly online and make listings manageable from one place.
-
02 02 / The approach
One platform, one connected experience.
Our own digital product connects property presentation and listing management: search, listings and portfolio management are part of the same structure.
-
03 03 / Technology & production
Web + mobile, three languages.
A Laravel web platform, mobile apps built with Flutter, TKGM parcel integration and a Turkish / English / Russian interface.
Inside the platform
From search to listing, one flow.
Visitors start searching on the very first screen by listing type, city and price range. Homes for sale and rent, daily rentals, land, projects and shops are listed on the same platform.
